What a Belfast studio actually does in month one

Month one is not a discovery workshop with sticky notes. It is a 30-minute call, a written package, and a build that is live in weeks.

We start with what the business has to do: book a table, take a deposit, collect a quote request, sell a product. Then we match a package — Essential, Business, Shop or App — so the price is fixed before anyone designs a pixel.

Design direction comes next: sitemap, homepage, the two or three screens that do the work. You see those before we write production code. Two revision rounds sit in the quote, not as a surprise.

By the end of the first cycle the site is on your domain, analytics is connected, and you have a CMS you can actually edit. After that the monthly care is backups, updates and the small changes that keep the site useful.
